These terms apply to orders placed with our store «مركز مكة» (Makkah Center), operated , and to the use of this website.
1Orders
An order is placed when you submit your name, phone number and address on our product page. Our team contacts you to confirm it before shipping. We may cancel an order that cannot be confirmed or is a duplicate.
2Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in local currency, delivery included unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in cash to the courier when you receive the parcel.
3Delivery
We deliver in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait through local delivery companies. Delivery times depend on the city and are indicative. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange another time.
4Returns
Returns and exchanges follow the return conditions shown on the product page. Contact us with your order number and we will guide you.
5Products
Product descriptions and pictures are provided for information. Our products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
6Messages
By ordering, you agree that we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your order. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or «توقف».
7OneScale
The OneScale platform on this website is reserved to the OneShop team; access requires an account created by us.
8Liability
We are responsible for delivering the products ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
