This policy explains what personal data OneShop collects when you order from our store «مركز مكة» (Makkah Center) or contact us, why we use it and how we protect it.

1. 1Who is responsible

   OneShop is responsible for the personal data described here. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. 2Data we collect

   When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and city, and the products and quantities ordered. When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your messages. When you visit our pages: technical data such as the pages viewed and the advertising campaign that brought you, used to measure our advertising.

3. 3Why we use it

   To confirm, prepare and deliver your order; to contact you about your order (on WhatsApp or by phone); to answer your questions; to prevent duplicate or fraudulent orders; to measure and improve our advertising; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. 4WhatsApp messages

   We send WhatsApp messages only about orders you placed (confirmation, address, delivery status, answers to your questions). Reply STOP or «توقف» at any time and we stop. Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and our technical provider.

5. 5Who receives your data

   Only what is needed: the delivery company (name, phone, address, order) to deliver your parcel; our order-processing partners; and our technical providers (hosting, messaging), bound by confidentiality. We never sell your data.

6. 6How long we keep it

   Order data is kept as long as needed for delivery, returns, customer service and our legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Message history is kept for customer service.

7. 7Security

   Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised staff, and every access to our systems is logged.

8. 8Your rights

   You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop messages, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days.

9. 9Cookies

   Our pages use cookies needed for them to work (language, sign-in for our team) and, on our product pages, advertising measurement tools (such as the TikTok pixel).

    We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
